I need a single 2-layer PCB designed, fabricated, and assembled for a compact ultrasonic microphone jammer demo unit. The device emits a frequency-modulated 24–26 kHz ultrasonic signal that disrupts MEMS microphone recording on nearby phones. This is a privacy/anti-eavesdropping demo unit. The circuit design, schematic, netlist, and firmware are ready — I need PCB layout, fabrication, and assembly. What I Have (Will Be Provided) Complete circuit schematic (PDF, A3) Netlist with all connections and component references Bill of Materials with exact part numbers and footprints Firmware source code (Arduino .ino for ESP32-C3 Super Mini) Reference design from open-source project (mcore1976/antispy-jammer on GitHub) Circuit Summary Signal chain: ESP32-C3 Super Mini → AD9833 DDS Signal Generator (SPI) → TC4420 MOSFET Gate Driver → IRFB4115 N-Channel MOSFET → Resonant LC Tank (3.3mH coils) → 2× 25kHz Piezoelectric Ultrasonic Transducers Power: External USB power bank (5V) input via USB-C connector or JST connector. Onboard boost converter (5V to 12V) to drive the MOSFET stage and TC4420. The ESP32-C3 and AD9833 run on 5V directly from the power bank. On/Off control: SPDT slide switch or 2-pin header with jumper on the main power line between the power bank input and the rest of the circuit. Must physically cut power to all sections when off. Component List (14 components) Ref Part Package Notes J1 USB-C female breakout OR JST-PH 2-pin Through-hole 5V input from power bank SW1 SPDT slide switch OR 2.54mm pin header (1×2) + jumper Through-hole Main power on/off U1 MT3608 boost converter module Module (solder pads) 5V→12V, adjustable, set to 12V U2 ESP32-C3 Super Mini Castellated module MCU, USB-C onboard for programming U3 AD9833 DDS module DIP breakout board 25MHz clock, SPI interface U4 TC4420CPA DIP-8 6A peak MOSFET gate driver Q1 IRFB4115PBF TO-220-3 N-Ch MOSFET, 150V/104A D1 1N5355B DO-15 axial 18V Zener, gate-source protection D2 1N4007 DO-41 axial Flyback diode L1, L2 3.3mH inductor Radial through-hole, ≥1A rated Resonant tank coils, one per transducer T1, T2 25kHz 16mm ultrasonic transducer 16mm through-hole (2-pin) NU25C16T-1 or equivalent R1 10 Ohm, 0.25W 0805 SMD or axial MOSFET gate series resistor C4 100nF ceramic 0805 SMD or radial TC4420 VDD bypass (must be close to pin 6) C5 100uF/16V electrolytic Radial 12V rail bulk decoupling The MT3608 module replaces the LM7805 from the original schematic. Since we're running from a 5V power bank (not a 12V adapter), we need a boost converter to generate 12V for the MOSFET driver and gate drive stage. The ESP32-C3 and AD9833 tap 5V directly from the input before the boost stage. Board size: Target 80mm × 50mm or smaller. Single board, no separate modules hanging off wires — everything soldered down. Layers: 2-layer PCB (top + bottom copper). Bottom layer as ground pour. Trace widths: Power traces (+12V, DRAIN, GND power): ≥1mm (40mil) Signal traces (SPI, gate drive): 0.25mm (10mil) is fine USB/5V input: ≥0.5mm Layout rules: C4 (100nF) must be within 5mm of TC4420 pin 6 (VDD) Keep L1, L2 physically separated from AD9833 module to avoid EMI coupling Star-ground topology preferred — all GNDs meeting at one point near J1 Separate analog ground (AD9833 AGND) from digital/power ground with a thin trace bridge Transducer pads (T1, T2) on board edge, angled 30–45° apart for wider coverage 4× M3 mounting holes at corners Silkscreen: component references, polarity marks, "5V IN", "ON/OFF", "T1", "T2" labels Fiducial marks for alignment if using pick-and-place Transducer mounting: T1 and T2 will be soldered to pads on the board edge via short wire leads (2-pin through-hole pads per transducer). The transducers themselves sit perpendicular to the PCB plane, facing outward. Deliverables Expected KiCad or Altium project files — complete schematic + PCB layout, fabrication-ready Gerber files (RS-274X) + drill files + pick-and-place file BOM with supplier links (LCSC / DigiKey / Mouser preferred, Indian suppliers like Robu/Robocraze acceptable for transducers and modules) 3D render of the assembled board (top + bottom view) 5 assembled PCBs — fully soldered with all components except T1/T2 transducers (I will solder those myself). If you can source and solder transducers too, even better. What You Don't Need To Do No firmware development No enclosure design Technical Clarifications for Bidders The AD9833 and ESP32-C3 are breakout modules, not bare ICs — they solder onto the PCB via castellated pads or pin headers. Design the PCB footprints for header sockets if you prefer a pluggable approach for the demo unit. The MT3608 is also a module (not bare IC) — provide solder pads matching its pinout. The TC4420 and IRFB4115 are discrete components — standard DIP-8 and TO-220 footprints. The boost converter output must be set to 12V before shipping. Include a test point for voltage verification. Budget & Timeline Budget: ₹5,000–₹8,000 for PCB design + 5 fabricated & assembled boards (negotiable based on component sourcing) Timeline: Design review in 3–4 days, fabricated boards delivered within 2 weeks Location preference: India-based freelancer preferred (faster shipping, easier component sourcing from Robu/Robocraze/LCSC) How To Apply Please share: Examples of previous PCB designs (especially mixed-signal or power electronics) Your preferred PCB fab house (JLCPCB, PCBWay, etc.) Whether you can source all components or need me to supply modules Any questions about the schematic or layout I will provide the full schematic PDF, netlist, and firmware immediately upon engagement. The real challenge is integrating sensitive analog and high-current power stages onto a compact 2-layer PCB while ensuring minimal EMI and a robust star-ground topology to maintain signal integrity and efficiency. I will deliver a fabrication-ready PCB layout that strictly follows your trace width, component placement, and grounding rules, prioritizing the isolation of inductors and adherence to the 5mm capacitor placement near TC4420’s VDD. The boost converter will be configured for reliable 12V output with a test point included, and the castellated modules will be accommodated with precision footprints ensuring plug-and-play compatibility with the ESP32-C3 and AD9833. I will source components from preferred Indian suppliers to adhere to your timeline and budget, ensuring the 5 assembled boards meet your specifications except for the transducers, which you will add. Deliverables include KiCad files, Gerber, drill, pick-and-place files, BOM with live supplier links, and a 3D render confirming the assembly and mounting hole accuracy. This approach eliminates guesswork and guarantees a demo unit ready on schedule. Are you ready to start the design review within 24 hours to secure the quickest turnaround and direct communication throughout production?
