Industrial ESP32-S3 PCB Design ([login to view URL]) Project Overview I am looking for an experienced PCB designer to complete a custom industrial control board based around the Waveshare ESP32-S3-0-M development board. The project is already partially defined in [login to view URL], and you will be invited to collaborate directly within that workspace. Deadline: 10 calendar days from project award. This is a functional industrial I/O interface board powered from 24VDC systems, with opto-isolated inputs and high-side protected outputs. Core Architecture 1. Microcontroller Waveshare ESP32-S3-ZERO-M development board (preassembled module with headers) Must connect via through-hole headers or appropriate board-to-board connectors Clean mechanical layout allowing replacement/removal if needed 2. I/O Expansion MCP23017 I2C I/O Expander 6 digital inputs 6 digital outputs Digital Outputs (Industrial Grade) Each output must meet the following requirements: Opto-isolated control stage High-side sourcing configuration PMOS or PNP high-side switch Rated for minimum 500 mA per channel Individual flyback protection to 24V Snubbers and TVS protection where appropriate Designed for 24V industrial loads Robustness and protection are important. Digital Inputs Each input must: Accept 5–24V DC Support passive or active devices Use bidirectional optocouplers Include proper threshold and protection networks Designed for industrial noise environments Analog I/O One 0–10V analog input (scaled to ESP32 ADC range) One 0–10V analog output Proper filtering and protection Stable, low-noise design Power Requirements Nominal supply: 24V DC Acceptable input range: 5V–36V DC Proper regulation for logic rails Industrial-grade input protection (reverse polarity, surge consideration) LED / Neopixel Support Dedicated connection for Adafruit Neopixels Clean signal routing Appropriate level shifting if required Connectors All power, digital I/O, and analog I/O (except Neopixel) must route to: FC-26 male through-hole header connector Neopixel connection may use separate connector.
