I have an embedded system ready for its next revision and I need a specialist who can take it from concept to the production line. The work starts with a clean, well-documented schematic, moves into a compact multi-layer PCB layout, and finishes with everything the factory will ask for—BOM, Gerbers, pick-and-place data, and clear production notes. Along the way you will handle component selection, impedance-controlled routing where required, power integrity checks, and DFM/DFT reviews. I use Altium Designer for my current files, so staying in that environment keeps the hand-off smooth, but if you prefer KiCad or OrCAD I’m open to importing the project as long as the output formats remain standard. Once the prototypes arrive I’ll need bring-up support: validating power rails, flashing firmware, running basic functional tests, and tweaking the design if something fails. The goal is to reach a release candidate that the factory can run without further questions.
