I am seeking an experienced PCB designer / embedded systems engineer to create a custom, compact PCB for a pen-shaped sinus relief device. This device will use adaptive vibration and micro-heat therapy for sinus relief. The PCB must be small, efficient, and safe for direct skin contact, suitable for a portable, pen-sized housing (~16–18 cm length, 2–2.5 cm diameter). The deliverables must include: 1. Complete schematic diagram of the circuit. 2. PCB layout optimized for compact size and portability. 3. Gerber files for manufacturing. 4. Drill/NC files for vias and mounting holes. 5. Bill of Materials (BOM) with recommended, reliable, and available components (part numbers, packages, values, suppliers). 6. Pick-and-Place / Centroid file for assembly of SMD components. 7. Source project files (KiCad / Altium / Eagle / EasyEDA) for future modifications. 8. Optional but recommended: 3D PCB rendering for enclosure fitting. Functional Requirements: Adaptive vibration at sinus acupoints using a vibration motor and pressure sensors. Safe micro-heat therapy (35–40 °C) with thermistor-based temperature control. Battery powered (Li-ion 3.7 V) with charging circuit (TP4056 or equivalent) and overcurrent protection. Auto-shutoff timer for safety (3–5 minutes per session). Compact, lightweight, durable, and manufacturable via JLCPCB or PCBWay. Requirements for Freelancer: Proven experience in small form factor PCB design. Experience with embedded systems, microcontrollers, sensors, and battery circuits. Ability to deliver production-ready Gerber files for PCB manufacturers.
