Description: We are looking for an experienced Electronics Design Engineer or team to develop a fully digital indicator circuit for a vehicle weighing bridge. The requirement is to design and deliver a complete solution including both hardware and software. Scope of Work: Design and development of a fully digital indicator circuit for weighbridges. Use of SMD (Surface-Mount Devices) for compact and production-ready design. Integration with load cells and ability to accurately process and display vehicle weights. Development of firmware/software for the microcontroller or embedded system. Output/Interface for display unit (LED/LCD/TFT). Communication interface options (RS232 / RS485 / Modbus / Ethernet, etc.). Consideration of calibration, tare, and error detection features. Design must be ready for manufacturing and mass production. Deliverables: Complete circuit schematic and PCB layout (production-ready, Gerber files). Bill of Materials (BOM) with sourcing options. Firmware/Software with documentation. Prototype testing guidelines. Support during initial production run. Requirements: Strong experience in embedded systems design and weighing scale/bridge electronics. Knowledge of analog front-end (signal conditioning) for load cells.
