We have an immediate need to hire a PIC Programmer to write ASM code (a must) for a very simple 0~99s 2 digit /2-colour timer project. The timer simply counts from 0 to 99s and changes colours (using 2 of 4 common anodes) according to time range. One input is pull low to start, one is pull high to start. Another pair of pins provide a 'serial type' start and stop command. We can provide all timing for these two pins.
