I need to see a concise weekly dashboard and a downloadable CSV that spells out volume, opens, replies, and any deliverability red flags. Key deliverables • Fully-functional HubSpot outbound workspace (email + LinkedIn integration) • Domain and IP health safeguards in place, with bounce and complaint rates consistently under 2 % • Automated workflows for list rotation, throttling, and fail-safes. ** Cold Email Setup (Smartlead): Assist with secondary domain connection, technical authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and managing the automated warm-up pool. ** LinkedIn Automation (HeyReach): Safely connect sender accounts, ensure residential proxies are mapped correctly, and structure multi-step sequences. • Weekly update tracking key operational metrics: delivery health, bounce rates, open rates, and positive reply intent.
