The program blends Japanese cultural practices with modern performance psychology to help people reset, recharge, and rebuild momentum. We’re preparing for an October launch and need a partner who can take the founder’s vision and structure it into a clear, monetizable funnel that works end-to-end. ⸻ Why This Project is Profitable We already have an audience base and traction: • 2,000+ email signups ready to convert at launch. • A clear funnel strategy (free → $37 low-ticket → high-ticket program + coaching). • Strong brand story with international content being filmed in Japan to drive excitement. The first launch has the potential to be highly profitable, and your work will directly tie into the revenue we generate from these signups and preorders. ⸻ Responsibilities • Program Development • Structure 5–6 Flow Switch modules (outlines, journaling prompts, exercises, tools). • Collaborate with founder to draft scripts/outlines for course videos. • Funnel Build-Out • Create a value ladder funnel: 1. Free Lead Magnet (challenge, journal, or mini-reset guide) 2. $37 Mini Flow Switch Guide 3. Core Flow Switch Burnout Reset Program (mid-high ticket) 4. 1:1 Coaching application funnel (premium offer) • Design & connect landing pages, upsells, and checkout flows (Stan Store, Shopify, Gumroad). • Automation & Systems • Build email/SMS nurture sequences in Klaviyo/ConvertKit. • Set up ManyChat DM automations (IG/TikTok keyword triggers like “RESET”). • Integrate with Zapier or similar for smooth delivery. • Ensure seamless onboarding → program delivery → upsells. ⸻ What We’re Looking For • Proven experience building funnels/programs for creators, coaches, or course launches. • Tech skills: Shopify, Stan Store/Gumroad, Klaviyo/ConvertKit, ManyChat, Zapier, Circle/Skool/Notion. • Strong instructional design or e-learning background is a plus. • Able to work quickly and iterate with founder (Sept–Oct). • Passion or interest in wellness, performance, or mental health is a bonus. ⸻ Deliverables • Fully structured Flow Switch program (launch-ready October). • Free lead magnet funnel. • $37 mini-offer funnel. • Core high-ticket program funnel. • Coaching application funnel. • Automated flows (email, SMS, ManyChat) connected and tested. ⸻ Compensation • Hybrid model: $500–750 upfront + 5–10% of first launch revenue (capped after launch). • Optional retainer for maintenance after October launch. • Bonus opportunities tied to hitting revenue milestones. ⸻ To Apply Send: 1.
