## Job Title Cold Email Outreach Specialist Influencer Marketing Agency ## About Us We are an influencer marketing agency working with D2C and consumer brands across India. We manage complete influencer campaigns including sourcing, negotiation, content execution, ad rights, and performance tracking. We are expanding outbound acquisition and looking for a performance driven Cold Mailer. ## Role Overview You will be responsible for identifying relevant brands, sourcing decision makers, executing structured cold email campaigns, and booking qualified meetings. This is a pure performance role designed for someone confident in their outbound ability. ## Key Responsibilities • Build and refine targeted brand lists in D2C, ecommerce, lifestyle, beauty, fitness, and similar niches • Identify founders, marketing heads, and brand managers • Write highly personalized and conversion focused cold emails • Set up and manage sending domains and email warm up • Run A B tests on subject lines and messaging • Track reply rate, meeting rate, and pipeline quality • Execute structured follow up sequences • Continuously optimize based on data ## Requirements • Proven experience in cold email outreach or B2B lead generation • Strong persuasive copywriting skills • Basic understanding of influencer marketing or performance marketing • Experience with tools such as Apollo, Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist or similar • Knowledge of deliverability fundamentals • Comfortable working on performance based compensation ## Compensation Structure This is a commission only role. You will receive 4 percent commission on the total revenue generated from the clients you bring in. Commission applies to closed deals that originate from your outreach efforts. High performers can scale earnings significantly based on deal size and volume. There is no earning cap. ## Performance Metrics • Qualified meetings booked • Deals closed from your pipeline • Revenue generated ## How to Apply Share your past cold email results including reply rate and meetings booked. Mention the tools you use and your outreach workflow. Attach sample cold emails you have written. Only serious candidates with measurable results should apply.
