I need a reliable partner to take over my day-to-day email work so I can focus on sales. Here is what I’m looking for you to handle: • Draft and schedule engaging messages that showcase our latest product catalog. • Provide prompt front-line support from my Gmail account, replying to routine inquiries and escalating the complex ones to me. • Maintain clear, friendly communication with foreign clients; concise English and a warm tone are essential. • Keep conversation threads organized with labels, filters, and simple tracking so we never miss a follow-up. I currently work entirely inside Gmail.
