You need to help the client using some software, using help documentation available (mainly brief notes in the application). If you can’t help, assistance is available. Also there are some admin queries.
So mainly short simple emails estd time < 5 mins.
Other emails where you provide IT support or actually provide assistance: estd 10 mins.
No need to check inbox all the time - any emails that need your attention would be automatically forwarded to your email of choice to alert you. Must respond same business day.
This is an ongoing requirement.
Emails could be sporadic - there may be several emails a day or none for a couple of months for example. Any months with no emails the equivalent of a simple email response pay would be credited to you. Payment is in blocks, ie when eg 20gbp is owed that would be paid, rather than on a fixed date (as per freelancer project payment system).
You need to sign NDA after project is awarded.
