Email handling All messages funnel through a shared inbox (Gmail + Outlook). I forward you the credentials and brand guidelines; you answer inquiries, escalate edge cases to me, and tag each thread so we keep our SLA under two hours. Data entry & verification Orders, stock counts, and return notes arrive in mixed formats. Your role is to cross-check them against source documents, flag discrepancies, and post the clean, confirmed numbers into our master sheet. Accuracy is more important than speed. Reporting Once the data is verified, weekly and monthly summaries must be produced in Excel and mirrored in Google Sheets. Pivot tables, simple dashboards, and a few conditional-formatting cues are all that’s required. The warehouse relies on these sheets to plan picking and replenishment, so consistency in layout is key.
