Custom Elementor Widget - Customizable Image Section

Recreate images into an Elementor section template that can be reused. This is not a simple job. Must look EXACTLY like it completely custom so that can replace the transparent image and edit text each time a new one is created. Previous developer could not finish job, so task is half completed already. Document will be provided with links.
