So the the project is to design power section and feedback section of a dc-dc converter with two versions. one is high power (~5.1kW) and low power (~1.36kW). The input is nominal 1 phase ac that will be converted to DC and will get roughly 325VDC keeping maximum possible tolerance.
255 Volts DC @20 Amperes (5.1kW)
68 Volts DC @20 Amperes (1.36kW)
The design has to be Microcontroller based. I will do the programming part. The reason for using a microcontroller and not an application specific IC is that I want to protect the design. If you have some other idea I am open to it.
