*Components will include PCB, IR (Emmitor- detector), a small microprocessor, power transistor to drive a relay, A dual-color LED, and the circuit will communicate with a mega Arduino via I2C protocol.

*the body form will be a hole disk with 30 mm out diameter the hole dia is 10mm and with a good design.
1- we want a PCB circuit with 30 mm out diameter and a central hole of 10 mm
2- this circuit have at one face IR transmitter and IR receiver and BI-LED
3- this circuit will have at another side the other components
the circuit work is to:
1- work independently and comunicate with the main circuit in some times and in some textile machins may we use only the circuit without the main unit
2- use an encrypted IR beam to avoid the outer confusion
3- when the IR beam cuts for time T1 the relay must actuate for time T2
4- when the IR cut for time T3 the relay must actuate for time T4
5- T1, T2 , T3 ,T4 is adjustable by program
6- our circuit can tell the main circuit via I2C protocol that it is actuate or not
7- the main circuit can command our circuit via PCB protocol to actuate the relay for time T3 or T4
8-The Bi-LED doesn't connect to any another component of the circuit and have its own socket because it will work with another circuit
9- the sockets have to arranged as in diagram
two I2C pins separately
four pins in another socket the first +v second NO third NC fourth 0v
the Bi-LED must locate as close as possable to the central hole
the IR components must locate at the ends of the circuit circle diameter facing each other
