Low Pass Filter Circuit Design-breadboard circuit

I'm looking for a proficient electronics engineer to design a basic low pass filter on a breadboard. The filter will be used primarily for radio signal processing. OPAMP-741 Resister-1k,100,10K,100K capacitor-1nF,10nF,100nF,0.1uF,1uF Key Requirements: - Design and implementation of a low pass filter on a breadboard using resistors and capacitors. - Use of variable/adjustable components to fine-tune the filter's characteristics. - Understanding of radio signal processing and low pass filter applications. The project requires the use of variable/adjustable components. Please note that the specific types of resistors and capacitors to be used will not be fixed, but rather adjustable ones.
