Infrared & BLE System Development

I'm looking for an expert to assist with the prototyping phase of a project focused on creating a infrared and Bluetooth (BLE) system. Initially, the project will use an STM32 BLE enabled development board, and later evolve into designing production quality PCBA considering the form factors of each product. Key tasks will include: - Prototyping: You will help create and test prototypes based on initial designs and requirements. - Firmware Development: The firmware will need to support infrared and BLE primarily for device-to-device interactions. - Battery driven products requires low energy design principles. - Hardware Design: While the initial focus is on prototyping, your expertise in electronic hardware design will be crucial for creating viable production designs. Ideal candidates will have: - Proficient STM32 Programming skills, especially in low level driver development. - Extensive experience in electronic hardware design and prototype assembly. - Strong background in BLE programming, particularly on STM32 and mobile devices. - Basic understanding of Flutter/FlutterFlow, specifically for integrating BLE functionality. Attached is a detailed specification on exactly what is required., Please read through this before bidding. I will not accept price or milestone negotiation after the project has been accepted. Put in realistic bids on price and timeframe for the project. Given stage 2 requires production version PCBA with the long lead times, make your timeframe takes that into account. Note there are 2 milestones only for this project, see the attached document. After you have read the document, please ask me questions so there is no misunderstandings later. If you don't have proven deep experience with STM32 and BLE communication don't bid! Your role will be pivotal in transforming a concept into a tangible, working product.
