Bi-Directional AC Energy Meter Design

I'm seeking an electronics engineer or embedded systems developer to help design a bi-directional AC energy meter. The focus is solely on the power measurement section, using either the ATM90E32AS or CS5460 IC (please suggest which one might be better based on accuracy, cost, and integration ease with ESP32). Key Features Required: Measurement and calculation of imported and exported energy (kWh). Real-time monitoring of voltage (V), current (A), and power (W). Bi-directional capability to track energy flow in both directions (e.g., grid import/export ). Integration with ESP32 microcontroller for data processing and output. C++ code for ESP32 (using Arduino IDE)
