We paid two freelancers discovered that the board cannot handle 5 amps. The board does not work as designed or required. We need you to redesign the board so it works as originally intended.
For someone who has experience with high amperage designs, this is an easy project. Take the existing design and redesign it so it actually works as intended! In our opinion, this means two options (but feel free to suggest more):
1.) Increase the width between tracks.
2.) Change from a 2 layer to a 4 layer board, giving you even more space between tracks. (and we originally suggested this. In fact, we've said this MANY MANY TIMES. Do NOT design a 2 layer board if a 4 layer board will be a better, longer lasting design.)
You must use Altium. You must match the existing files we're providing to you: this is our company's standard PCB package. We will escrow funds immediately but funds will not be released until your design has been fabricated and tested. The right engineer will see the potential long-term relationship with us.
We've provided ALL the files you need. This is easy stuff for any skilled electrical engineer.
