Design a GPS tracker with automotive grade components from Telit, uBlox and STM. I will provide the part numbers of the GPS module, GSM/GPRS module and the MCU. You will need to study the data sheets and design a GPS tracker. Given below are the specs:

. Work on internal battery for 48hr (ideally 1wk)
. Board should operate with and without internal battery, i.e., battery optional
. Support for multiple battery charging chemistries suitable for operation under -40C to +85C
. Multiple serial interfaces (5) for various peripherals such as camera, RFID, etc.
. BOM should cost less than USD 60
. PCB size should be 110mm x 65mm or smaller
. Use low profile through-hole components
. Use automotive grade components (AEC Q200)
. Should pass EMI/EMC compliance tests
. Should pass vibration compliance tests
. Internal GSM antenna
. Internal GPS antenna
. Ability to use external GSM antenna by placing a jumper somewhere.
. Ability to use external GPS antenna by placing a jumper somewhere.
. 5 working boards with basic POST to prove HW works. We'll put RTOS and our own firmware later
