The only information that is not provided is the power requirement of the hub, but going according to USB2.0 specs, it should be 500mA per port (2A for this design). A buck DC-DC converter is a good option for the wide range of input (8 - 36VDC) as a linear regulator would easily overheat. I see that you already have a PCB designed for this USB hub.
