I need a detailed electronic schematic for a consumer-grade home appliance: a compact solar panel unit that will power and manage small household loads. The goal is to map out every circuit involved—from the photovoltaic input and maximum-power-point tracking (MPPT) stage to battery charging, protection, and the low-voltage DC outputs for USB-C and 12 V rails. Please base the work on modern, readily available components so the final design can move straight to PCB layout and prototyping. You are free to use Altium Designer, KiCad, or Eagle; just make sure the project files are cleanly organised and annotated. Deliverables • Complete, error-free schematic files (native tool format + PDF export) • Clearly labelled net names and reference designators • Component library or links to part datasheets • Bill of materials with manufacturer part numbers • Brief design notes explaining key decisions (e.g., MPPT algorithm choice, protection strategy) I will review by importing the files, running an ERC, and spot-checking the BOM for availability, so accuracy and clarity are essential.

I bid 2 days on this while others quoted a week or more. The reason is simple: I frequently design modern power architectures and already have verified, production-tested KiCad libraries for the exact stages you need. Instead of reinventing the wheel with a discrete MCU for the MPPT, I suggest structuring the schematic around a dedicated active MPPT charge controller (like TI’s BQ series or the CN3722) and an integrated synchronous buck + USB-C PD negotiation IC (like the IP6518 or SW3518) for the outputs. This keeps the design highly efficient, compact, and inexpensive to assemble. I will deliver a cleanly annotated KiCad schematic with a strict 0-error/0-warning ERC. More importantly, I will cross-reference every component on the BOM against current LCSC/Mouser stock so you aren't stalled by unavailable silicon when you move to layout. Are we designing the protection circuit around a 3S/4S Li-ion pack, or 12V LiFePO4? Let me know your target wattage and I will start laying out the sheets today.
