With comprehensive professional experience in RF engineering and power electronics, I am confident in my ability to deliver an excellent result for this custom PCB design project. I am skilled in KiCad and designing circuits that are not only functional but also optimized for manufacturing and assembly. I am meticulous in paying attention to important aspects such as placement of components, routing, and ensuring proper clearance and adherence to fabrication rules. One of my main advantages for this specific project is my deep understanding of ESP32 microcontrollers, as well as the components being utilized like the RTC DS3231 and Supervisor LCSC C7719. This knowledge will come into play when carefully verifying all electrical connections with the datasheets before implementation, to avoid any potential issues down the line. Another advantage I bring is the solid grasp I have on the importance of stability, mainly related to your need for maintaining a 5V main input with separate 3.3V supply for the ESP32 and peripherals; an aspect that many designers may overlook. My familiarity with dealing with signals, power-distribution networks, grounding (GND), and operating within specified current loads gives me a definite edge. Hiring me ensures a thorough and well-coordinated design process with impeccable results that meet not just your technical specifications but also JLCPCB manufacturing standards.

Dear Client, Yes—I’m happy to start with the urgent ESP32-WROVER-IE PCB redesign in KiCad. I understand this is not a generic ESP32 board—you need NodeMCU ESP32 v1.1 pin compatibility, strict mechanical fit, dual RTC/SD implementation options and JLCPCB-ready manufacturing files. PCB Must Innovations brings 30+ years of electronics/PCB experience across ESP32, embedded hardware, KiCad, power regulation, peripheral interfaces, DFM and production support. Profile: https://www.freelancer.in/u/electronicsdone I can review the existing MEGA design, verify the ESP32-WROVER-IE and supervisor circuitry, adapt the schematic, validate LCSC components/footprints, optimize placement/routing and deliver Gerbers, Drill, BOM and CPL. The amateur trap is copying a NodeMCU reference without rechecking power, GPIO conflicts or mechanical constraints. Haha, pin-compatible does not always mean problem-compatible. I’m happy to offer a free consultation first so we can identify any undefined items before routing starts. One question: is the existing U1 mechanical outline fully fixed, or may the new PCB extend only into the areas permitted by your reference drawings? Message me with that answer and I’ll outline the schematic review, component validation and layout sequence before you commit. You’ll get a clean KiCad project, verified JLCPCB outputs and no assumptions hidden in the design. Kind Regards Prat PCB Must Innovations

Dear Client, For this ESP32 redesign, the real challenge is not copying the NodeMCU v1.1—it is preserving the required pin/mechanical compatibility while integrating the WROVER-IE, RTC, SD, supervisor and external interfaces without creating RF, power or assembly problems. I have 11+ years of electronics/PCB experience across 500+ assignments, including 50+ ESP32-based designs, KiCad, low-power hardware, RTC/SD interfaces and JLCPCB-ready manufacturing files. My development path would be: Reference Review → Pin Audit → Schematic Update → LCSC/Footprints → Power/GND → Routing → DRC → JLCPCB Release I would focus on ESP32-WROVER-IE decoupling, antenna keep-out/orientation, 5V→3.3V stability, WDI/TX supervisor validation, dual RTC/SD implementation, independent I2C, GPIO reassignment, connector access and clean 2-layer routing. I can support schematic adaptation, KiCad PCB layout, custom footprints, BOM/LCSC validation, Gerbers, Drill, CPL and final manufacturing review. Two important questions: 1. Must the NodeMCU pin spacing remain exactly identical? 2. Is the SD interface currently SPI or SDMMC? Profile: https://www.freelancer.in/u/ElectronicsMust Kindly message me, I’ll tell you the first three electrical/mechanical conflicts I would check before placement so this urgent redesign avoids a second PCB revision. Kind Regards, Avi Gupta Quality is never an accident
