I am excellent welding power supplies design, Plasma ARC power supplies, high frequency transformers design, solar grid tie transformers, electrical vehicles design, circuits design, multi-channel LED Drivers, Regulated power supplies design with universal input to DC output, Audio amplifier, drives design, Filters design for harmonic analysis and Power factor correction, SMPS, LED drivers, DC-DC, AC-DC converters design, PFC interleaved boost converter, Battery management system, Battery chargers, UPS design, sine wave Inverters, solar grid tie inverters, Solar battery chargers and street light systems design from few watts to KW range using Buck, Boost, and Buck –boost, Interleaved boost/buck, Fly back Push Pull and H-bridge inverters. I have very good experience to design high voltage power supplies up to 50KV for capacitor charging power supplies using soft switching topologies. Hello, I have plenty of experience working with MCUs(especially freescale and STs families), especially with arm-based ones and lately with the esp8266 and esp32 family of microcontrollers. I've worked at Freescale Semiconductors for half a decade as an engineer. I mostly use Kicad and Eagle for my projects, however I'm familiar with Altium I've used it in a couple projects in the past, no problem there. The system itself doesnt seem too complicated. As a matter of fact, I have a couple of previous projects from which I can re-use some code. There are some pending questions regarding the PCB, like number of layers, and the specs needed for the MCU onboard. These I'd like to sort out if/when you're interested in talking. please pm me.
