Optical engineering

I am looking to hire an experienced Optical Engineering professional to help me create design specifications for an optomechanical system.

Basically I want to design a machine that can automatically, forensically scan trading cards to grade their condition. reference: [login to view URL]

I need both software & manufacturing, or at least designing the prototype for mass production.

I am open to working with someone who has the skillset necessary to help me create these specifications in a timely manner. My goal is for the project to be completed within a month's time frame, but am willing to be flexible to work out a timeline that accommodates both of our needs. I am looking forward to hearing back from any experienced and qualified professionals who may be able to help me with this project.
