Hello, Your LEO 2.0 micro-drone project is very exciting, and I’d be glad to help bring it to life. I recently delivered a 5-star rated project on my portfolio: an Advanced Athlete Tracking Device that integrated ESP32, GNSS (u-blox MAX-M10S), UWB (DWM1000), SIM7080G LTE-M/NB-IoT, IMU (ICM-20948), and full power management (USB-C charging, buck-boost regulation, battery protection). The design was compact, RF-sensitive, and required careful routing of high-current and multi-voltage rails—very similar in complexity to your drone carrier board. For LEO 2.0, I will: Capture and review the schematic from your functional spec. Design and route a compact 4-layer PCB with proper motor phase routing, RF antenna keep-out, grounding, and decoupling. Integrate your sensors, camera header, USB-C, and LiPo power management. Deliver a manufacturing-ready package (Gerbers, Drill, BOM with alternates, Pick-and-Place, 3D renders, and assembly drawings). Timeline: 7–10 days (schematic → layout → Gerber delivery). Preferred tools: EasyEDA or KiCad or Altium or Fusion 360. Also I have firmware experince Looking forward to collaborating on this next-generation drone platform. Best regards,

Hi valyanttech, I recently completed a very similar project. I can show u sample. - Questions: 1) Motors/drive: What are motor Kv, continuous and 10–20 ms peak phase currents, and intended PWM/switching frequency for TMC6300? Confirm copper weight (1 oz vs 2 oz), via-in-pad/microvias allowed, and max allowable temp rise on drivers and LiPo under worst-case? 2) RF/IO: Are we using ESP32-S3-WROOM (module) or bare S3 + chip antenna? Required edge clearance/keep-out for antenna, target TX power, and coexistence constraints Camera: DVP vs SPI, max clock and connector microSD SPI frequency target VL53L1X I/O voltage (18/28/33 V) and need for level shifting Low-power 32 kHz XTAL required? - Suggestions: 1) Add true power-path/load-share (ideal diode OR, eg, TPS2113A/FPF3031) so system runs from USB when present without back-charging; add reverse-battery FET Per TMC6300, place local bulk low-ESR caps (47–100 µF + 1 µF + 100 nF) at each driver with a star VBAT node; TVS on LiPo and USB; sense VBAT with RC filter to the MCU 2) EMI/PI layout strategy: Layer2 solid GND; Layer3 power pours with tight high di/dt loops; heavy via stitching around drivers and phase pours; Kelvin ground for driver AGND; LC bead to create a quiet 33V-AN rail for IMU/ToF; guarded IMU island near CG 90 Ω diff USB, ESD on D+/D-/CC, proper Rd on CC Kindly send me a message, lets discuss in detail and my portfolio is uploaded here and on my website.
