Ich habe die komplette Handzeichnung einer Schranken-Steuerung für eine industrielle Anlage vorliegen und möchte diese nun professionell in ein sauberes CAD-Schaltbild übertragen lassen. Der Plan enthält ausschließlich Steuerungen – keine Motor- oder Sensorstränge – und muss so umgesetzt werden, dass alle Klemmen, Adernfarben und Gerätebeschriftungen eindeutig erkennbar sind. Format und Symbolik sollen den gängigen Normen für Industriesteuerungen entsprechen, damit die Datei später ohne Anpassungen in unsere Dokumentation übernommen werden kann. Ich liefere Ihnen: • die eingescannten Handzeichnungen (mehrseitig, gut lesbar) • eine kurze Legende der verwendeten Gerätesymbole Von Ihnen erwarte ich: • ein editierbares CAD-Projekt (z. B. AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN P8 oder vergleichbar) • eine druckfertige PDF-Version • eindeutige Seitennummerierung und Stücklisten-Auszug Akzeptanzkriterium: Wenn ich den Export in unser PLT-System einspiele, dürfen keinerlei Fehlermeldungen zu fehlenden Symbolbibliotheken oder Referenzen auftreten und alle Adernbezeichnungen müssen deckungsgleich mit der Vorlage sein.
