We need a PCB design and 3 manufactured prototypes of a small clock circuit board (~5 cm x ~4 cm). We will provide a standard OCXO for the board. The output should be 52 Mhz, with slight adjustments from a POTS trim. The clock output connector will be SMA with 50 Ohm impedence and 0.6 V peak-to-peak square wave output. The power should support DC 8 - 15 V input using a molex small 2-pin connector (like PC fans). The board should support multiple OCXO clock values of 10 Mhz, 13 Mhz, 20 Mhz, and 100 Mhz by placing a zero ohm resistor and using a PLL to convert to 52 Mhz. A recommended PLL is IDT5V49EE901, although you can recommend an alternative. 10 Mhz is converted to 52 Mhz from multiply by 26 and divide by 5 on the PLL, etc., and 100 Mhz is converted to 52 Mhz from divide by 25 and multiply by 4. The project includes delivery of the manufactured prototypes, as well as schematics, gerber files, and all relevant instructions related to PLL programming. We propose payment of 1/3 upon delivery of a design, 1/3 upon completion of manufacturing of prototypes and you either hand assemble or outsource assembly (we provide OCXO), and 1/3 upon successful confirmation testing from our side. We can also temporarily provide you small test equipment to verify performance at your location, before shipping the final boards to us.
