(1) NRF24/slave's/Mini/liquid sensor when detects liquid sends message to (1) NRF24/Nano/master to close solenoid. For reference, mini should also illuminate a red LED when liquid detected. A reset button on mini should turn off the red LED only if liquid is no longer present. As a power saver function, NRF24/mini should be in a sleep state and only transmit (3x times) if liquid is detected, then back to sleep. Nano & App can open or close the solenoid at any time before or after liquid detection. I can email you the sketch I have of the nano & app controlling the open/close function of the solenoid. The NRF24 is really just an add-on to my existing sketch.
To demonstrate the sketch is working. Dip wire liquid sensor wire (26 gauge wire, 3.3volt/pin 12, or other pin on mini) into cup of water. This will trigger solenoid closed. ( In place of the solenoid use a Green LED) (The Green LED lights up for 30 millisecond, then off) Also, when the liquid sensor touches water, mini lights-up a red LED. Remove wire liquid sensor from cup of water, press a reset button on mini and the red LED should turn off. Mini is ready to send (3x) signals again if liquid detected. Red LED won't turn off if liquid wire sensor is still in the cup of water. Nano or app can still open or close the solenoid.
Note: The NRF24-master on nano should be configured to read up to (6) NRF24-slave liquid sensors. The power settings on NRF24 should be high to insure the max range of the NRF24 module.
By project definition, the NRF24/mini/slave when liquid is detected sends message to NRF24/nano/master to close solenoid.
