ADDC Approval & Commercial Install

I am fitting out a commercial space and need a licensed electrician or consultancy-contractor team that can take the project from concept to completion. The scope begins with producing the full set of electrical design documents—load schedule, single-line diagram, cable sizing, and any AutoCAD layout drawings—because I do not have existing plans. Those drawings must then be submitted to ADDC for review, coordinated until we receive formal approval, and finally translated into a turnkey installation on site. Our emphasis is on brand-new system installation (no retrofits or maintenance work) and full compliance with the latest ADDC regulations, UAE fire & life safety codes, and relevant IEC standards. Familiarity with the ADDC online portal, submission templates, and inspection process is essential. Deliverables (acceptance criteria) • Complete stamped design package ready for ADDC submission • All correspondence and revised drawings required to secure ADDC approval letter/NOC • Procurement, supply, and installation of approved equipment, cabling, MDB/SMDB, earthing & bonding, containment, and final fixtures • Testing, commissioning, and hand-over certificates Please outline your proposed timeline from design kickoff to energisation, the software you use (e.g., AutoCAD, ETAP, Dialux), and evidence of previous ADDC-approved commercial installations when you respond.
