High-School Math Intervention Plan

I need a clear, practical intervention plan to help a high-school learner who is falling behind in Algebra and Geometry. The student works best in one-to-one online sessions, so the plan has to fit a virtual setting and spell out how each concept will be introduced, practiced, checked for understanding, and revisited. What I’m looking for: • A week-by-week roadmap that targets core Algebra and Geometry skills, with built-in review cycles for a slower pace of mastery • Specific online activities, visual aids or interactive tools you recommend (Desmos, GeoGebra, Google Jamboard, etc.) and links where possible • Short formative assessments after each skill block, plus a simple tracking sheet I can share with parents and teachers • Guidance on how to adapt explanations and examples for a student who needs extra processing time, including suggested prompting questions and error-analysis techniques • A brief outline for our live video sessions—ideal length, structure, and any pre-work or follow-up tasks Acceptance criteria: The plan must cover at least eight weeks, clearly separate Algebra and Geometry goals, reference online tools by name, and be delivered as an editable document (Google Doc or Word) so I can adjust pacing.
