Experienced Grade 8 Tutor Needed - All subjects Canadian Curriculum

I am looking for a reliable and experienced tutor to support my child who is entering Grade 8 this September. My child had some challenges in Grade 7 and would benefit from consistent academic support across all subjects, with a particular need for help in math, science, and geography, but also guidance in English, history, and other core Grade 8 subjects as needed. The tutor should be able to: Provide once or twice weekly sessions (online preferred). Offer well-rounded support across all Grade 8 subjects, with extra focus on areas of difficulty. Help reinforce lessons learned at school, assist with homework, and provide additional practice. Be patient, encouraging, and able to adapt their teaching style to a student who needs extra support. Communicate with me (the parent) about areas of improvement. Requirements: Prior tutoring/teaching experience with middle school students. Strong knowledge of the Canadian Grade 8 curriculum. Ability to explain concepts clearly and keep the student engaged across multiple subjects. Schedule & Duration: Starting September 2025. 1–2 sessions per week (to be discussed).
