This is not just article writing; your weak point is the monthly coordination across trend pieces, news briefs, interviews, technical content, and proofing without the issue feeling stitched together by different hands. I’d handle it as a proper editorial workflow: monthly story map first, then research-backed drafting, interview prep/write-up, and a final consistency pass so tone, accuracy, and deadlines stay controlled. We’ve worked on B2B and technical content where clarity matters as much as subject accuracy, including industrial, automotive, and research-driven writing that has to read cleanly for decision-makers as well as practitioners. The interview side is also important here, because a good industry Q&A needs stronger prep, sharper follow-up questions, and tighter editing than a standard blog article. A small added value from my side would be helping shape recurring sections so each issue becomes easier to produce month after month. - Do you already have a preferred editorial tone/style from past issues, or would this start from scratch? - Will the client team provide source publications/market data references, or should that research stack be built independently each month? - For the interviews, should outreach be done under your magazine brand directly, or through warm introductions first where available?

Your readers are industry professionals who can tell immediately when an article is built from surface-level research. I can produce monthly magazine content that combines credible market reporting, accurate technical research, and interviews that give lubricant and grease professionals genuinely useful insight. I can handle the complete editorial workflow, including 2–3 industry trend and market analysis articles, 8–12 news items, 1–2 senior executive interviews, one technical practitioner-focused article, the editor’s note, headlines, captions, pull quotes, and final proofreading. I can research base oil and crude movements, demand across key sectors, synthetic and bio-lubricants, EV fluids, sustainability, company developments, specifications, and relevant policy changes using credible sources. Technical subjects will be explained clearly without sacrificing accuracy. For interviews, I can prepare targeted questions, coordinate with interviewees, conduct interviews by email, phone, or video, and turn the discussions into polished Q&A or feature articles. I have a Master’s in English Language and Literature, with strong research, editing, and long-form writing skills. I can meet your 5th and 20th monthly deadlines, provide original content with sources cited, and complete the final proof check within 48 hours. I’m available for the 6-month commitment and can begin with the first editorial calendar and story list.

Hi, A monthly trade magazine like this lives or dies on the interview section, two pieces of analysis can be researched from public sources, but a senior OEM or plant maintenance lead only talks to someone who already understands base oils, viscosity grades and specification changes well enough to ask a real question. The monthly rhythm would run on a fixed calendar, story list and interview targets locked by the 5th, so research and outreach start immediately rather than compressing toward the 20th. Market analysis and news roundups stay grounded in verifiable sourcing, price movements, OEM and BIS/API updates, demand shifts across segments, written for readers who already know the industry rather than explained from scratch. Interviews get scheduled and conducted independently, transcribed and shaped into Q&A or feature format that reads like the subject's own voice, not a generic trade profile. The technical article each issue stays practitioner-focused, grease selection, contamination control, failure cases, written to be useful on the job, not just informative. Editorial polish, headlines, pull quotes, editor's note, proofing, gets handled within the 48-hour layout window every time. Is there a specific segment, automotive, industrial, marine or agricultural, you'd want the first issue's trend analysis to lead with?

Hi, I see the magazine's editorial content needs a thorough review to ensure technical accuracy and clarity. I'd approach this by setting up a real-time sync with the existing content calendar and story list. My focus will be on explaining complex lubricant concepts in a straightforward manner. I've noticed that a common mistake in technical writing is using overly technical jargon, which can alienate the target audience. I'd start by researching the Indian lubricants market and key players to ensure the content is relevant and engaging. The client can expect well-researched, original content that meets the magazine's editorial standards as a result.

I went through your brief, and a trade magazine for lubricants earns its readers' trust through accuracy: base oil movements, BIS and API updates, and technical articles that a plant engineer wouldn't find a mistake in. To be upfront, my background is in B2B marketing and content, not lubricants. I'm not an industry insider yet, and I'd work the way a careful editor does with an unfamiliar subject. Every figure and specification would come from primary sources: BIS and API documents, OEM specifications, PPAC data, company announcements and filings, with a source cited for each claim. Each technical article would be checked against a standard or an engineer's input before it reaches you, so nothing goes out on a guess. For each issue, I'd send the editorial calendar and story list by the 5th and the final content by the 20th, and handle the proofing within 48 hours of receiving the layout. For interviews, I'd prepare the questions in advance, research the person and their company, and send the draft back for approval to avoid misquotes. Everything would be original and written from scratch, checked for plagiarism, with the news roundup limited to verified items. I'd suggest starting with one trial article, a technical piece such as grease selection or viscosity grades, so you can judge the writing and accuracy before committing to six months. Which readers matter most to the magazine: OEMs, blenders or distributors? That would help me pick the first topics.. Paulson

The challenge with a specialist magazine is not simply producing articles, but maintaining a reliable editorial pipeline that combines accurate research, technically sound writing, credible sourcing, interviews, and consistent quality every month. Your scope requires someone who can move comfortably between market analysis, industry news, executive interviews, practitioner focused technical articles, and final proofing. This aligns closely with my background in research driven business, industry, technical, and professional content. My approach would include: • Researching lubricant, petroleum, automotive, industrial, and energy developments using credible sources • Turning complex technical and market information into clear B2B content • Preparing interview questions and developing polished Q&A or feature articles • Producing well sourced news roundups and practical technical content • Managing the editorial calendar and recurring deadlines • Proofreading final layouts for accuracy, consistency, headlines, captions, and references I bring over 10 years of professional writing experience, with strong research, editing, and business content expertise. I understand the importance of originality, factual accuracy, audience relevance, and dependable delivery in an ongoing publication workflow. I am particularly interested in the six month commitment and would be glad to discuss your editorial process and first issue.

Here is the first deliverable test: a technical article opening on grease selection, written now, no invented data. "Grease selection failures rarely start at the grease itself. They start with a mismatch between operating temperature, load, and the thickener system chosen years earlier. A plant switching from lithium complex to polyurea without reviewing compatibility risks softening, bleed-out, or premature bearing wear long before the fault is traced back to the lubricant." For the full monthly scope: a story list and editorial calendar delivered by the 5th, then market analysis, news roundup, interview, and technical article delivered by the 20th with sources cited, followed by a 48-hour proof check once layout arrives. First checkpoint: a draft calendar and one sample article within 5 working days of the brief, so you can judge tone before the full month commits. I do not promise that OEM or OMC contacts will agree to an interview on a fixed schedule; outreach and scheduling take as long as they take. Could you share one past issue or a style guide, and confirm the deadline for the next issue? Price: 15600 INR fixed · Timeline: 5 working days from access/brief Konrad

You need a complete editorial package for the monthly Lubricants & Greases industry magazine, with at least six issues planned. 1. Research current industry trends and market analysis specific to lubricants and greases. 2. Draft articles covering trends, technology, and B2B market insights. 3. Edit for technical accuracy, flow, and B2B tone, then format into the magazine layout. 4. Deliver the final issue as a PDF and editable Word file. First version of each issue will be ready within 2 days of the month’s start. Short sample: “The rise of synthetic ester lubricants is reshaping the automotive sector, offering higher thermal stability and reduced wear. Recent market data shows a 12 % CAGR for synthetic blends, driven by stricter emissions standards and demand for longer‑life engines.” The work is AI‑assisted and passes automated quality checks before delivery. Do you prefer a technical‑focused tone or a more market‑trend narrative, and are there any competitor magazines you admire for style?
