I have a batch of recorded interviews—some one-on-one, others with several voices jumping in—that I need turned into clear, well-punctuated text. Most of the time a simple verbatim transcript is enough, but whenever voices switch rapidly or a new participant joins, please tag the speaker so the reader can follow the conversation. Audio and video quality is solid; I just don’t have the hours to handle the typing, timestamp checks, and polishing myself. I expect you to use any professional transcription tool you prefer (Express Scribe, Descript, Otter, Trint, etc.) as long as the final copy is accurate and neatly formatted. Deliverables • A separate, proof-read transcript for each file (Word or Google Doc) • Speaker labels inserted only where context demands it • Light cleanup of filler words and false starts while preserving meaning Before we start, let me know your turnaround time for roughly one hour of audio and any experience you have with multi-speaker interview transcription.
