I am looking for somebody to write a short training ebook, with a mixture of crossfit/bodybuilding training as well.
Only a small ebook with a short description on functional training and then mainly a number of workouts including advanced training for those with more experience. I like would like the programs that are designed to be for 6 weeks, with each week including a progressive overload method ( each week reps going up)
I am an online coach and I will be using this ebook as a lead magnet.
