I am looking for someone that most likely has a team that have good skills and experience in all aspects of online businesses and therefore will be required to do the following plus:
Follow training videos to help develop a drop shipping store from a program using a new platform that is similar to Shopify but more automated.
Be able to select products from a built in program and to also be able to improve pictures, descriptions, etc.
Manage the day to day activities of the store including but not limited to deleting & listing new products.
Answering customer queries.
Have a good understanding of current best practice marketing on social media and required metric's.
Manage & report on the store as required and drive the business to scale revenue.
Complete reports and report on analytics.
make suggestions and look for opportunities.
I will also be looking for this agency/business to be able to follow all the processes to build and grow a successful Amazon FBA business.
This is going to require someone that has an excellent understanding of ecommerce and ecommerce platforms, is prepared to work in the business as well as on the business and where necessary utilise staff or VA' s to support the business.
