I have a full set of high-resolution photos captured with a DJI drone over an aggregate stockyard. I now need the dataset turned into a workable map and accurate volume report. The job starts with stitching all images into a seamless, georeferenced orthomosaic and a dense point-cloud/mesh. From that model, each individual aggregate stockpile must be clearly identified and digitally outlined, then its volume calculated. Please include cut/fill or other volume methods you normally apply so the numbers are easy to audit. Typical tools such as Pix4D, DJI Terra, Agisoft Metashape or similar photogrammetry software are fine—choose whichever gives the most reliable metric output. Deliverables • Orthomosaic (GeoTIFF) and 3D model files • Vector layer (SHP/DXF/GeoJSON) showing every stockpile footprint, uniquely labeled • Spreadsheet or PDF report listing volumes with units, method used, and snapshot images for reference I will supply the original photo set and any ground control information available as soon as we agree on the workflow.
