small vb.net project that splits a comma separated string

I need a small vb.net project that separates a comma separated string that may have 1000+ elements and create a smaller string with only 100 elements and sends it to another procedure that calls a web page api. the string looks like 29535196,29533737,29425496,28495678,26688618,26572681,26322039,26318452,26200918 see attached. The second set of 100 elements can not call the sub procedure until the first one has finished and the last sub set string will have whatever the remaining values less than 100. The function is included in the files I uploaded.
