I can do this project. We can upgrade the existing inventory services, which are the core of the system, to .NET Standard in the first phase, and then move forward from there. Next, we can refactor the backend code as much as possible and proceed using a Code First approach. After that, we can build the UI using Razor Pages and, in the first step, move forward with Bootstrap.
