Create Unity game/app to play 3d panoramic videos -- 2

I am looking for an application developed in Unity for a 360 interactive video player. It has 4 screens. (I will provide the sqllite database and stored procs to get data from the database, I know c# so can help you with the database connection, database queries etc.) 1. First screen: splash screen, (I will provide the splash screen image) 2. Next Screen: display a list of categories and sub categories from a local database pulled dynamically (also category list is searchable i.e. if i type a value it should search and narrow down the list). Sub-category list shows up after selecting a value from the category list. 3. once you click on a sub category, display a list of videos as spheres in a 360 panoramic view with an image background (will provide you db scripts to get that data), this will be dynamic. Most of the time the video list will be somewhere between 1 to 10. 4. All of these videos (3D stereoscopic) are interconnected, once you click on the sphere, that video starts playing. 5. The inside of the video sphere will have links to the other videos these links will be generated on the run time based on the x, y coordinates that will come from the database along with each video (again i will provide the db lookup scripts). A user can watch these interconnected videos and also able to exit out of this screen with an exit link as well, which will take the user to sub categories page.
