Approval Workflow Implementation with SharePoint -- 2

We are currently exploring solutions for implementing a structured approval workflow for financial and administrative authorizations within our organization. Specifically, we are interested in understanding how Microsoft SharePoint or Microsoft Automated can be utilized to create a multi-level approval workflow. The workflow we envision would proceed as follows: 1. An employee initiates a request. 2. The request is then approved by the employee’s manager. 3. After that, it moves to the assistant general manager of the relevant department. 4. It then proceeds to the deputy general manager, followed by the general manager. 5. If the approval exceeds the general manager’s authority, it will be escalated to the board of directors. 6. Once the board approves, the request returns to the relevant department for execution.
