ASP.NET HR App UI Fixes

I have an in-house HR / workforce management system built with ASP.NET Core (Razor Pages & MVC), Bootstrap 5, EF Core and Identity, styled by our own [login to view URL] / [login to view URL] design system. The majority of screens already run on the new “Pult” look—header, 1440 px content frame, card-based tables and forms—but three areas still sit on the old markup: the remaining module views, the admin dashboard and the user-profile settings pages. Your first task is to bring those pages in line with the new components so the entire app feels visually consistent. While doing so, please keep the legacy Paper Forms (TimeTracking and FormReview) exactly as they are. Responsiveness is generally solid; the only pain point you’ll see is form-field resizing at smaller breakpoints. Fixing that across the updated pages is the second priority. Next, I want to refine the schedule creation and editing flows (shift, duty, vacation). The existing CRUD works, but adding two enhancements will make it production-ready: • Pre-set templates so managers can drop in common patterns quickly. • Real-time conflict detection that warns about overlapping assignments before submission. Throughout the engagement I’ll push small QA notes—typos, minor padding tweaks, the usual polish—and I’d like you to roll those in as we go. The repo is on Git, you’ll branch off develop and submit pull requests for review; CI builds run on GitHub Actions so you’ll see test results immediately. Tooling stack is visualized in Rider/VS 2022, but use whichever IDE suits you as long as commits stay clean. If you’re comfortable with Razor partials, Bootstrap utility classes and vanilla JS for lightweight interactivity, you’ll feel right at home. Deliverables are merged PRs that: 1. Re-skin the three target areas to “Pult” spec. 2. Eliminate form-field resizing issues on all breakpoints. 3. Ship the two schedule UX features fully functional and tested. After that, we’ll decide whether to extend the collaboration for further modules.
