I’m looking for an experienced Workday technical consultant who can jump straight into Studio and the Benefits reporting area. My immediate priorities are: • Building and refining custom integrations that connect Workday to third-party applications, internal systems, and a few cloud services we already use. • Designing new Studio flows and handling the usual data transformations so the downstream platforms receive clean, mapped data. • Creating three benefits-focused reports—Employee Benefits Overview, Benefits Cost Analysis, and Enrollment Statistics—using Workday Report Writer (and Calculated Fields where needed) so our HR team can pull timely, self-service analytics. You’ll have direct access to our sandbox, plus a library of existing EIBs and calculated fields that can be repurposed. Final deliverables are: 1. Studio packages for each integration, fully tested and promoted to our preview tenant. 2. Documentation outlining mapping, dependencies, and restart-recovery steps. 3. The three benefits reports, published with prompts, filters, and security groups configured. 4. A brief hand-off session to walk through deployment and ongoing maintenance.
