Smartflo has its own trap. Phone audio runs at 8 kHz, while the TTS voices behind Dograh produce 16 to 24 kHz. Both directions need converting at the boundary. When that's off, callers hear distorted audio or nothing, and the logs stay clean. Dograh's database goes on a persistent volume with migrations run as a separate job before each rollout, or on a managed database if your cloud has one. A database container without a volume loses everything the first time the pod moves.
