DATRAX Deployment Advise & VPS Provider

Hi! I am getting ready to deploy DATRAX, a full-stack recruitment and client services platform I've been building, and I'd love your experienced opinion on server sizing and VPS providers. Because the app is fully containerized, I am leaning toward deploying it on a single VPS rather than breaking it apart into serverless platforms (especially since we are doing local file uploads for now).
