For cold B2B outreach specifically, deliverability rests on three things, and I would check each: authentication, reputation, and content. Authentication first, because it is the most common silent killer and the easiest to verify: SPF, DKIM and a proper DMARC record correctly set for your sending domain. Missing or misaligned, and modern inboxes bin you before content is even read. Then sending reputation - the domain and IP history, whether you are warmed up or blasting cold from a fresh domain, and list hygiene (dead addresses and spam traps wreck a reputation fast). Then the content and sending pattern that trip filters. One honest point I would raise because it is part of deliverability, not separate from it: cold outreach has rules - a real identifiable sender, a working unsubscribe, and awareness of who you are emailing where (CAN-SPAM, and GDPR if any recipients are in the EU).
