Help with Django and Vue Js Project -- 2

I would like adding basic features to a Django nuxt js app I’m working on
The project is a bot for setting up trades on matchbook API
Basic understanding of the bot.
This Bot polls matchbooks api on three endpoints
get_events
get_orders
get_balance
get events populates Django models for event, market and runner data
get orders populates Django models for Orders
get balance populates Django models for Balance
What I need help with implementing
A treeview selecting page where I can select markets which I’d like to use for the bot and also delete events that have ended from the backend.
On the markets which I’m interested in I’d like to Load these markets into a configuration page where I can set if the stake that will be used.
There will be two types of functionality for stake
percentage of the balance,
This will be set when the first trigger hits which will be the odds trigger, The initial get balance percentage of stake will stay for opening bet and closing bet.
User entered stake
I would also like to override this function if autostake not selected were user can enter opening bet and closing bet depending on side e.g back or lay a single value will be entered In the form and used for both opening and closing bet.
Bet Triggers
I plan to run Django signals on the model instance when some parameters are filled in by the user.
Parameters will be If user stake, Stake size entered.
If autostake query balance at that given time and set for both opening and closing trades
Back 1 trigger.
When odds of particular runner are greater or equal to value entered by user trigger opening Back bet
Back 2 trigger.
When back 1 trigger has matched send closing Lay bet when odds are less than or equal to value entered by user
Since I’m unable to implement these features myself I would like someone initially to get the ball rolling and get the functionality working.
I would like someone who has done something like this before and is used to working with Django and Vue js/nuxt
