I would like my administrators to be able to easily manage the content of our site without them having to learn HTML. In addition, we need to add a blog, a discussion group/chat/bulletin board (is there a difference?), and the ability for web users to sign up for a newsletter (simple database). We would then compose the newsletter online and email it to our database each month.
I was told Joomla was an excellent way of doing all that, and I was interested in migrating our existing site to Joomla for those purposes, as well as getting the extra functionality enabled.
I would like a quote to be split into 2 pieces:
1. Simple migration of the site to Joomla
2. Help enabling the extra functionality outlined above
