marketing function of a fictional organization struggling to stay relevant in the face of digital disruption.
The aim is to convince the organization that the proposal will help reroute them onto a path to success!
In this proposal you’ll:
• Identify the key marketing challenges and opportunities for your chosen organization
• Suggest key initiatives to transform your chosen organization’s marketing function
• Draw on the Squared Online leadership attributes to suggest organization-wide initiatives, processes and ways of working that will support your marketing initiatives
You’ll need to use the case study below to work on the project

1. Use the AMCP case study provided (attached)
2. The first task is to find 3 key technology and/or consumer behaviour changes impacting the ACMP. you will need to do some industry-relevant research to find out which trends are particularly relevant and develop at least one useful insight.
3. Identify two challenges and two key opportunities for the ACMP’s marketing function relating to the changes identified in our research.
4. Suggest 3 key marketing initiatives you would recommend to improve marketing effectiveness for the ACMP.
