Shopify Growth Expert (Dev + CRO + Ads) for Premium Gym Apparel Brand

We need an experienced Shopify developer and digital marketing professional to manage and scale our premium gym clothing brand website. This is a long-term partnership opportunity, not a one-time project. We're looking for someone who can handle both technical execution and growth strategy to help us compete with leading brands like Gymshark and Alphalete. Requirements: • Advanced Shopify development and management experience • Proven experience with gym/fitness clothing brands • Strong UX/UI skills focused on conversion optimization • Meta/Facebook/Instagram ads management experience • E-commerce conversion rate optimization (CRO) expertise • Email marketing experience (Klaviyo preferred) • Ability to implement product page optimization strategies • Understanding of fitness apparel market and customer behavior Deliverables: • Ongoing Shopify website management and optimization • UX/UI improvements to increase conversions • Product page optimization with high-converting structures • Paid advertising campaign management and strategy • Email marketing setup and management • Regular performance reports and strategic recommendations • Bug fixes and ongoing development work You must provide examples of live websites you've worked on, case studies with real results (ROAS, conversion rates), and specific experience with fitness/gym apparel brands.
